Industrial Global Shutter camera

skoopia offers three industrial global shutter cameras, the first being an SDI global shutter board camera, the second being an industrial IP global shutter board camera, the third -newly introduced- being a 36x optical zoom block cmaera.

Both industrial global shutter board camera lines are available with a motorized zoom lens as well as a CS mount. 

​

The 36x optical zoom block is a fully integrated system allowing you to fast zoom, flash, re-focus as you expect from a global shutter block camera.

​

All three cameras offer the ability for trigger in and strobe out, allowing synchronization between cameras and/or synchronisation with lighting.

​

Note: skoopia offers industrial global shutter cameras, but partners with complementors for lighting and or optics and housing design.

​

All cameras skoopia markets are focused on the OEM business. Integration into an OEM product is skoopia's target. skoopia does not offer global shutter cameras that are used in production lines. Here, system integrators generate unique single camera solutions, often combined with a significant portion of software coding.

​

Key target markets for skoopia industrial global shutter cameras are primarily found in any setting that fast moving or fast rotating objects need to be studied. Typical applications for OEM integrated global shutter cameras are:

  • military

  • intelligent traffic systems

  • OEM integrated machine vision

​

All skoopia industrial global shutter cameras are CMOS based. All industrial global shutter cameras have a minimum resolution of 2MP and all are based on the Sony Starvis Pregius sensors.

The industrial global shutter cameras G20C42S and G20B42S make use of a
1/2.3" Sony Starvis Pregius sensor, called IMX392.

​

Although both cameras can be operated in color as well as in black and white mode,

the G20B42S is not having no IR cut filter, while the G20C42S comes with IR cut filter., 


The camera is available with a motorized zoom lens that is able to zoom up to
3x times and as a CS mount industrial global shutter camera. 

​

The motorized zoom lens has a D/N shutter installed, offering usage in pure b&w 
as well as in pure color environments by fixing the D/N shutter position.

The 36x Optical Zoom Global Shutter Block Camera with the Sony Pregius Sensor IMX392 is introduced mid 2021. It combines the unique characteristics of block cameras (e.g. VISCA commands) with the specific features of the global shutter sensor.

The G20Z36S-S has HD-SDI as native output signal on board, whereas the G20Z36S supports LVDS. All other aspect are identical.
